Return Shipping

Unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Aurellia London cannot be held responsible for returned items that are lost, delayed, or damaged in transit.

Damages and Issues

Exchanges

UK and EU Cooling-Off Period

Refunds

If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method. Refunds are usually processed within 10 business days, although your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to make the funds available.

In accordance with applicable consumer rules, eligible refunds will be issued within the required legal timeframe after we receive the returned item or proof that it has been returned.
